As he is being pounded by Bush on terrorism, it might be useful to point out that Bush is actually
losing the war on terror. While we have not been attacked since 9/11, terrorism worldwide has been increasing dramatically, as evidenced by Madrid and the school massacre in Russia. If you cast yourself as the general in this war, and the enemy is increasing the number of successful attacks, you can hardly say you are winning. And now we hear that opinion of the US in the Arab world as at an all-time low, a fact that presages further problems. WHEN will Kerry point this out?
