In their commentary in CNBC, they say companies are not simply hiring, inspite of lot of cash on hand, good profits and balance sheets.
Looks like this administration does not know how to stimulate the economy; it just doles out 'more of the same' tax cuts. It simply is not working. This is the single most failure of President Bush; not to see ground realities of stagnant economy.
