Everytime they bring up Ahnuld for President, we instantly respond with Jennifer Granholm's name.
Before Nov 3rd, I joined in the chorus, willingly. But now, I doubt that this GOP-NRA-War society will ever elect a female president. Not Granholm, not Hillary, nobody, execpt perhaps--perhaps General Claudia Kennedy. I'm amazed that Hilary's name is still in the game to be quite honest; lost in all the "such a polarizing figure" talk is that she's a woman, and therefore not up to snuff as far as the good ol' boys in the south are concerned.
What do you guys think? Oh yeah, forget Condi too. We'll never vote for her, and neither will the bigot Repubs.
Also; Tom Wolfe had this to say about the election;
I've never seen an election taken so personally by people -- not even Nixon vs. Kennedy. But this country is so centrist, we're not really going to go wrong whoever's elected. Our government is like a train on a track: People yell at it from the left, and they yell at from the right, but the train goes right down the middle where the tracks are.
Does he live in the same country we've been in for the last four years?
