The following article from "The Black Commentator," an online progressive publication, talks about how Kerry and the Dems capitulated and sold out in not asking for a recount in Ohio or raising the issue of voter fraud . . . only to be later put to shame by the Green Party, which subsequently DID ask for a recount. (I especially like the observation about how, to plutocrats like Kerry, preserving the appearance of the "legitimacy" of the system is all important):

The next article, from the WaPost, details how Kerry had $15 million left over in his campaign fund after the election (a detail also mentioned in "The Black Commnetator" piece.):

The obvious questions raised by this money are:
- Why wasn't this money spent by the campaign in places like Ohio?
- Why wasn't it donated to candidates down-ticket where it might have made a difference?
Note: This year, the Greens DID NOT back Nader.
