Reports posted by the Federal Election Commission this week show the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) has only $1,400 in hand after debt is subtracted. The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) has $9.7 million saved, and no debt.

What the fuck is going on?
