Does Wolfowitz believe the President or vice-president?

I happen to catch the last couple of minutes of  Greta Van Susteren's interview with the deputy-secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz  on her program "On The Record" last night (March 25th).

During the interview Greta asked Wolfowitz about Iraq's ties with terrorists before the war. The question was something like.. "President Bush has said that there is no evidence of linkage between Iraq and Al Qaeda so how you are referring to that linkage?". To this question, Wolfowitz's answer was something like.. "yes but vice-president Cheney has talked about Iraq's ties with Al Qaeda.." and then he continued to add few more things supporting the link. He clearly ignored Greta's question. She should have asked him a follow-up question but hey what should one expect from Fox News! The real question here is does deputy secretary of defense believe the President or vice-president?

Did anyone watch it? Unfortunately the "Faux news" does not post the transcript.
