In Iowa, many of us felt that Kerry won by default because Dean and Gephardt destroyed each other. Afterwards, in NH and the following weekend he barely kept ahead Edwards and Clark Later as the conventional wisdom swung behind the "ole
tried and tested in war and beyond", he inspiringly went winning from primary to primary.
OK, once the primary was over, he owed it to his followers to start the good fight. Yes, he was tired, but he should have rested so publicly, skiing, which is still seen around the country as northern elitist sport, one that relatively few people could identify with. And apparently he has hurt himself and needs surgery.
We have a rule in our house. The night before any major sporting events that my kids take part in, they are expected to follow some rules. we have a, no sleepovers, A healthy dinner, 10:00pm to bed, no sleepovers. This is to prevent themselves from wearing themselves out the night before and sleepwalk during the sporting event. I have not seen the discipline that I expect from my kids from Kerry.
In comparison, the idiot in chief, goes to his fake ranch, drives around in his fake antique pickup truck and clears fake land. He also goes to Nascar races. Fake stock cars painted like boxes of laundry detergent don't do much for me but apparently they are big with some sectors of our population.
The media reports that name brand Repug politicos are attacking Kerry on a daily basis. And we hear response from a anonymous Kerry spokesman. Shouldn't he appoint a name brand politico to head the Kerry for President Committee, someone who can speak for Kerry and will provoke interest from our esteemed media.
Isn't it time Kerry generated some fake excitement and appointed a committee lead by a name brand Dem to find a VP. Remember the excitement in'00?
I cannot believe that the new Bush commercials which basically say, "yes I have been a big disappointment, but look, Kerry will make it much worse". The $900 Billion Tax increases in the first 100 days, $3 a gallon of Gas. We knew that this was going to happen. And it is happening. Maybe I have been spoilt by the BIG DOG. I cannot imagine BC standing by and letting this shit happen.
Please, someone wake Kerry up! As the old Dodge Commercial used to say,
