Ok, I'm going to bend the no repetitive diaries rules just a bit and discuss Fahrenheit 9/11 (shocker)... with a twist in the review (maybe a bit gushing Harry Knowles-ish). First of all, I saw it at Regal South Beach 18 this afternoon and it was great (projector problems notwithstanding). I was anticipating this movie so much... it really only rivaled Star Wars Ep I...The Return of the King... or perhaps the 2nd Matrix in terms of high anticipation. This movie rocked even my expectations. That is exceptionally difficult to do for me.. nothing can ruin a movie like high expectations. I am going to take anyone I know that is even partially undecided to it.
(minor spoilers in this paragraph) Moore wasn't in the movie as much as his previous works. This is very effective to let the movie do the talking. Also he shed a lot of light on what happened in the Senate with all the African-Americans in the House protesting. I never heard about that in the mainstream news (gee that figures). The man is practically a genius in the way he combines images and facts. Fine he may make some inferences but most of the time it is pretty clear when he is taking some liberties. I experienced many many emotions in that movie from utter sadness to elation. A great film!
I will probably see it again next week... now that I have seen it, I would have driven a couple of hours to have seen it... so all those that aren't close... it is worth your while. It sure will increase those Kerry contributions as well!

updated the title to reflect on Moore's movie, not the actual 9/11 (didn't even think of that yipes)
