The following editorial comes from the Moone-owned "Washington Times" (of all places). Nonetheless, in spite of the right-wing source, it is a largely accurate analysis of how the media destroyed Dean's campaign for the Democratic nomination last January.
For those of you who continue to cling to the notions that it was "Dean's bad speeches," or the campaign's mistakes (and there were a few) that brought down Dean, or even the fatuous notion that the "people spoke and said Kerry was better," you might read this and maybe have your thoughts challenged:

And lest you STILL remain unconvinced, check out this article from "Rolling Stone's" William Greider that appeared in "The Nation" several weeks after the Iowa caucuses. Notice how the media players he encounters pretty much ADMIT that they did a hit job on Dean:

Finally, to bring it all home and wrap it up, there is this piece from "The Black Commentator":

There are many lessons to be taken from what happened to Dean. But at the very least, I hope that many will begin to see how much they and the rest of the American public are manipulated and lied to by the corporate media in this country, and start adjusting their thinking accordingly.
