How Spin Works: Using Kubrick to Show the Layman...

So do you ever sit alone in the dark and wonder how RoveCo was able to sell to the American people this idea of George W. Bush as a great leader?

Well dear people it's the magic of editing, and I offer you a perfect example of how wildly divergent a package can be from the truth.

Most people have seen Stanley Kubrick's "The Shining."  Jack Nicholson at his creepiest.  Well, someone has re-edited the movie into a 1 minute trailer for a feel good movie called "Shining."

Take what you know about the truth (The Shining)and how it was packaged in such a way that it looks like a movie that would warm your heart (Shining).

Now understand that this is how George Bush was sold to the People of the United States of America.
