There are so many diaries on this, so my apologies if someone already got this. I don't have any more on Gannon himself than you all have, but I decided to follow the money, and then follow the diva.
Gannon works for Talon and writes for GOPUSA. On GOPUSA, one of the members of the board of directors is Steve Findley.
see below the fold...
Findley is the CEO of
Titan Dynamics Systems, which was acquired by Allied Research in June 2002, just before the Plame leak. Allied Research is now
Allied Defense Group, and you can see a run-down of their financials
here.
I don't know they exact link there, but I think it's pretty interesting -- anyone with more technical knowledge may want to look over their financials.
Most of the other board members are pretty boring, but Kerri Houston is where I think we should be focussing, IMO. You can see a quick bio of her on the Frontiers of Freedom website. She's a spinner, and she's also a writer. She has a column in Investor's Business Daily, and she's written op-eds for WSJ, Washington Times (barf), and Forbes, among others.
If a writer for lil 'ol Talon News/GOPUSA were to get WH credentials, who else would be their hook up?
My personal thought is that Gannon is practically a ghost, but it wasn't some dumbshit, at all. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Ms Houston were involved.
