Most leaders of the Democratic party are outta touch with the lives of most Americans, and this is largely due to the money these leaders make, and the lifestyles they can afford and have grown to take for granted.
Unlike the millions of working Americans, peons, who would have been fired for such crappy performance after a few days or weeks, there are hundreds or thousand of these DC Dem leaders, or DC Dem support staff to "leaders", who have managed to stay employed for years and decades.
I wonder if our Dem "leaders" look at how much the thug thieves make and steal, and they feel underpaid, or at least not completely dishonest?
But, how many millions of average peon Americans look at this track record of losing, at their paycheck, and their financial security, at the DC Dem lifestyle, and stay home?
Look at the table below from the Census Bureau on Money Income. Notice the numbers I have chosen to highlight to try to make it a bit easier to support my arguments. NOTE: My arguments are generalizations, which means that they apply about more than ... ½ the time. Generalizations also mean, duh, that there are plenty of exceptions.
IF someone has about $35,000 / yr in money income, they are doing better than about 130 million Americans out of 200 million Americans with money income, or about 65% of 200 million. However, 35%, or about 70 million, are doing better.
IF someone has about $50,000 a year in money income, they are doing better than about 160 million Americans, or about 80% of 200 million Americans. However, about 20%, or 40 million Americans, are doing better.
The lower you go, what is the chance?:
You have health insurance without many additional charges?
You can afford emergency medical without using plastic?
You have the money in the bank to pay for Cobra if you lose your job?
You have the family wealth to weather loss of employment for 6 to 18 months?
You can afford to quickly move to a better employment opportunity?
You own a home?
Your home is appreciating?
You have a 401(k) or IRA?
Your employer kicks money into your 401(k) or IRA?
You have a reliable car?
You can afford emergency repairs to your car without using plastic?
You can afford to go back to college for that law / graduate / whatnot degree?
You have specific things to do at work by specific times, and those times are measured in hours or a few days, or you are fired?
Any congress critter makes more than $100,000 a year, more 99% of the population, more than 190,000,000 Americans.
How many high level consultants and staff members make more than 35,000 a year, 55,000 a year, $100,000 a year?
For decades of losing, why are they still employed?
WHY SHOULD SOMEONE IN THE BOTTOM 130 MILLION,
OR 160 MILLION, OR 190 MILLION,
LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE?
(other than bushco are thieving fascists? )
