How else do you say it, the entire GOP caucus is FOR bringing up this HR bill only to vote against it. This isn't Murtha's bill. This is a GOP bill that has the support of the entire caucus.
Using the same reasoning the Rethugs have graced us with in the recent election, we see that the House GOP is for their version of withdrawal before voting against it. The hypocrisy is palpable.
Personally, I'd love to see the Democrats vote enmasse for this resolution and then run ads in the 2006 election declaring that their opponents were FOR the resolution too only to get frightened at the last minute and vote AGAINST it. Fucking hypocritical flip floppers.
Hell, by 2006 voting for withdrawal will be a badge of honor.
