This is not conspiracy theories like: Saddam Hussein backed the 911 attacks; 19 men, under observation by U.S. for years, evaded all airport security detection and brought down the world's most impenetrable air defense system with box cutters; or impoverished "no fly zone" IRAQ was an imminent threat to the US.
