Well that didn't take long.
Yesterday I wrote that Discovery Place announced that were reconsidering their decision to not carry the supposed controversial Volcanoes of the Deep Sea.
One day later, Discovery Place comes out and says they will be showing the movie 3 times on April 14th and then work the film into their regular rotation starting in August.
"We were surprised at the amount of interest this issue has generated," Discovery Place President and CEO John Mackay Jr. said in a prepared statement. "It appears that many people are interested in seeing this film, and we don't want to deny anyone this opportunity."

Everyone, they are only showing this because of our outcry from those who asked them to carry this. The article says that Discovery Place recieved over 100 calls and e-mails asking them to carry the movie.
Thanks for everyone who called or e-mailed. We MUST continue to do this or theaters will assume they are right to not carry movies on the belief that people in there area won't see it because it clashes with religious beliefs.
