Doctor Named 'Physician of the Year' -- for a Fee

According to ABC News, the National Republican Congressional Committee is handing out "Physician of the Year" awards to doctors from around the county in exchange for a $1,250 contribution. In addition to the reward, the doctors also get to attend a tax-reform workshop as well as appearances by House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, and President Bush.
