SUPPORT JUDGE UPHOLDING CONSTITUTION

You may have read this good news: "Saying that Nebraska's ban on gay marriages amounts to punishment, a federal judge declared the ban unconstitutional."

But if history repeats itself -- and when doesn't it? -- for upholding the Constitution, Judge Bataillon will now be rewarded with a deluge of hate mail and threats from the rabid right and other various wingnuttery.

Which makes it our duty, Kossaks, to send an encouraging word, and thank the good judge for upholding the rule of law.
