I have some
thoughts on the matter here.
It's quite interesting seeing the newspapers dominated by discussion of secret memos, secret trips to the US, and secret deliberations to justify the war over the past 3-4 days. While Iraq has been a quiet issue during this election, the recent revelations seem to have stirred things up a bit.
Will it affect the final outcome? Tomorrow we should get some post-revelations polling that might shed some light on the question. Until now, the voters have focused their concerns elsewhere. But these recent revalations could change that equation.
Earlier I linked to this cool BBC page with the latest polling and a "balance of power" calculator.
For those who like to look at congressional district maps, then you'll love this interactive map, courtesy of the Guardian, of all of the UK constituencies, the current party holder, and the vote totals from the last election.
