Who's tougher than John Hickenlooper? Abysmal turnout gave Hickenlooper a huge win on building a new prison in Downtown Denver. Republicans had organized an effort to kill the prison as a way of slowing down Hickenlooper in case he wants to run for Governor, but the proposal won by a 12 point margin.
Democrats are for locking rapists up, not forcing their victims to bear their children.
