Breaking: It is confirmed! The petition signatures will be delivered to Governor Dean at the DemFest this weekend. Katiebird is working on getting the files cleaned. I will print and overnight to them on Friday. WooHoo!!

Still working on getting the petition delivered to congress. Will post more when I have it.
