Ok, I feel slightly mislead. According to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting Website, the CPB accounts for only 15% of their Funds. If it is cut by 25% this means only a 4% loss of funds.

Can anyone explain why this will hurt PBS and NPR so extremely as claimed?
Also, appropriations are for 2006, and it was claimed that the full $400 million was voted on for 2008.
I'm googling again, but anyone that can help me understand this let me know so I can call back my congressmans office and explain.
Am I being duped?
