It seems to me that the major players here - NARAL, NOW and Planned parenthood - are invested in the idea that Pro Choice is exclusively a woman's issue. There is an established tradition for this outlook, but I don't think it is wise or sound. In fact it is a human issue, nearly as important to men as women. It makes no sense not to be reaching out and welcoming men's energy in this cause.
Second, while I respect the movement's general strategy to never rebut the postions of the pro-life people, nonetheless I think that we can in a dignified way call into question the "fetus is a human being" rhetoric.
