How to get there
First off, if there's a will there's a way. You've got the will, here's the way.
Crawford Peace House is collecting donations in an attempt to support some protesters financially. PLEASE DO NOT ABUSE THIS. If you can scrape up enough money to get there, do so. Funds are limited and the money you take denies someone else the chance to participate.
As for transportation to Crawford, check out the diary for organizing rides. You can find people in your town or along your route to both get and give transportation. Your help will get as many people there as possible. If that doesn't work, JillK has suggested rideshares on Craigslist.

Before you leave, be sure to contact both national and local media. A good idea is to call your local TV station before you go, and tell them where you are going and why. Offer to report updates to them from the scene. Tell your local media to cover the stories of local families who have lost children in the war and want answers from Bush.

What to do there
Here are some resources that will help keep you safe and knowledgeable in your protesting. A must-read for first-time protesters and a good resource for all. Make sure your protest is peaceful and orderly at all times. To become outraged or disorderly on camera or in front of police will hurt your cause.
Nonviolence Training Project This site has a wealth of information and downloadable manuals and trainings. If you're going, please take a look and /or take it with you to help with other people down there.
