Gas shortages are already happening

As I remember.
Becky-WSJ/CNBC (this AM), was talking to a MidWest Wholesaler in charge of 40 Gas Stations.
But Common Sense.
We, the US, heard they were allocating gas yesterday AM.
It would take 6 days to physically implement a rationing of the product.
Not to mention getting every Big Oil to do it simultaneously?
