Expect to see this from the Bush Administration soon:
Today Bush proposed a bold, new initiative to build a Hurricane Dispersal Technology System in the Atlantic Ocean southeast of Florida. The cost of the proposed system is expected to top $13,575 Billion over ten years. Bush doesn't plan to raise taxes to pay for the system. The administration claims that more tax cuts are on the way to fuel the economy, generating more federal revenue in the future.

The story goes on to say:
The technology was created after a professor in Miami discovered a way to disperse the whirlpool he saw while draining his bathtub. Bush proposed $1,250 Billion in the first year to test the technology on an actual hurricane.
The President stared at the camera and sternly warned, "We have to fight them where they live, the ocean, so we don't have to fight them here." Congress is expected to rapidly approve the bill. Senator Bill Frist (R) commented, "I saw that hurricane on TV, and I can assure you as a doctor that this problem can only be solved by an operation of this magnitude. I want to thank the President for leading us through this time of fear and uncertainty. He's a real leader!"
After sending the proposal to Congress the Whitehouse announced that President Bush would be returning to his ranch in Texas for some long needed rest after battling the hurricane.
A contractor has already been identified to take up the project. A Halliburton spokesperson announced, "Really, we're the only company who will take on a project like this. Very few companies can administer that amount of money so quickly. We did it in Iraq and we'll do it again."
You know I'm right. I just hope I didn't give them any ideas.
