So, this is interesting. Although the story is slightly unclear as to reasoning, Target appears to have done something to their morning after policy. They've fired a pharmacist for refusing to dispense. See the story in the extended entry, but it does not appear that Missouri has a law requiring pharmacists to dispense, so it might mean that the policy has been altered. Note, "until recently, the company accommodated her objection to dispensing the morning-after pill." Did we help alter the policy? It isn't totally clear yet, but I think this is a victory for our side.

Target pharmacist fired for refusing 'morning-after' prescription
ST. LOUIS -- A suburban St. Louis pharmacist filed a federal complaint after being fired from a Target store for refusing to dispense the so-called "morning-after" birth control pill.
Heather Williams had worked at a Target store in St. Charles, Mo., for five years before being fired last month. Her attorney says that until recently, the company accommodated her objection to dispensing the morning-after pill.
Her complaint was filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Calls to Minneapolis-based Target were not returned.
