The
Maryland House passed legislation yesterday to ditch Diebold touchscreens and go back to paper ballots. Kudos to
TrueVoteMD for helping make this happen. Governor Elrich has endorsed the legislation but things don't look so good in the senate, the article says they are considering Diebold machines with paper trails.
I know this isn't supposed to be a partisan issue, but I was suprised that many of the opponents are Democrats. Have these Democrats not seen what's been going on for the last 6 years?
