Just a few choice tidbits.
Brokaw lives down toward Darby, a beautiful piece of Montana even by Montana standards.
Also, for Kossacks who still wax prosaic about places about Montana and assume our issues match the national Dem issues...not so. You'll see Burns and Tester both identify home state concerns that have nothing to do with Foley or Iraq.
This is not to be ungrateful for the attention (and cash) brought in by Dem's nationwide, but most DC-based advertising (on both sides) doesn't always resonate because fly-over states, no matter how gorgeous get short shrift as far as political attention goes.
But, of course, Kos wrote CTG here...
