Reflubicans in Congress and the White House have committed a major blunder. They are still holding on to the fantasy that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction, and they published documents with nuclear secrets for political gain.
On Tuesday, John Kerry, as he seems prone to do, misspoke and told a bad joke. The Rethugs pounced. Their echo chamber reverberated throughout the day, and the media, not knowing any better, did the bidding of the imcompetents. They became a mouthpiece for the tired old narrative.
It's time to take over news cycle. There are three days left before the election. Do we want swing voters to remember echos of 2004, or do we want them to remember the incompetence of the Republicans? Elected officials with a voice need to speak out and remind the media over and over throughout the day.
