It's predicted that somewhere in the area of 1 out of every three voters will vote early or absentee this year. Today, that means they've pretty much already voted or are at the polls right now.

Another interesting thing to note is that all the polling outfits have
already conducted "exit polls" of a sort. They rarely publish the separate results (Zogby did in 2004 after the election) but when they try to determine who is a "likely voter" they are naturally going to get a lot of "I've already voted." My money is that they record that response separately... who knows who gets to see it before the polls close... somewhere someone knows what those numbers are saying.
