Nicholas Collias at The Boise Weekly reports that Dwight Scarborough, a federal employee, is being harrased and intimidated by the Department of Homeland Security for having anti-war messages on his truck. From the first I always thought that the phrase "Homeland Security" had an Orwellian ring to it... now this branch of government is apparently sending goons to intimidate federal employees who put anti-war bumperstickers on their cars, at taxpayer's expense. Fortunately the person they harassed is a long time protester who was smart enough to bring his tape recorder.
