The headline at Yahoo news reads "Court Allows Church's Hallucinogenic Tea".

So while the Court recently decided that states can't defy federal drug law to let doctors prescribe marijuana for pain, churchs can pass out tea with illegal hallucinogenic drugs to help people hear god. Maybe those with cronic diseases can start a church to get legal access to drugs. However, I somehow doubt that Roberts would let that stand.
Also a question for anyone with more legal knowledge than me - hasn't RFRA (Religious Freedom Restoration Act) been struck down. I thought that was why Congress enacted RLUIPA. The article said that that was what Roberts based his opinion on.
