Well well well,
It seems that things in the world are about to get very very interesting indeed.
Seems that the Arabs are starting to rethink whether or not they are interested in US things due to the backlash surrounding the Dubai Ports deal.
This will be very very bad for us, very bad indeed.
Why is this bad? Well because of all of those dollars sitting out there, you see the Arabs are awash in dollars, its what oil is traded in, they have hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars that they need to do something with.
And folks, those dollars only do them any good if they can buy the things that dollars buy. And that is American goods and services, companies, and or American made weapons.
So all of these Arabs are awash in dollars that they cannot really do anything with, and dollars are only good for using to purchase things, and it appears that the US is not going to have any more of the Arabs purchasing our things.
So if that's the case, then what in the hell good is having all of those dollars? What good is it for them to continue to accumulate them, why would they take more and more worthless pieces of paper if they cannot use them to buy the things that they want?
So all of these countries have all of these dollars, China has vast sums of them, we assume that they plan on using them to purchase oil. We really don't have any American goods and services to sell China, we aren't interested in selling them any weapons, and it seems that the congress is not interested in them buying any of our companies, especially if those companies are oil companies?
But what about the oil assumption? At what point will the Arabs start saying hey, we keep giving you our oil and you keep giving us dollars but you know, we really can't do anything with these dollars.
I don't know about you, but when the Arabs start realizing that our government is just printing up ton's and tons of worthless pieces of paper in exchange for their natural resources which are rapidly being depleted, then I suspect that its not going to be long before the jig will be up on the American economy.
That's it folks, they either buy American products, which we all know we don't really make anything anymore, or they buy American services, which we all know that they really don't even come close to needing a trillion dollars worth of services, or they buy weapons from us, which we all know they don't really have a need for that much in weapons, or they buy American companies, which they have been served notice that we're not too keen on that either.
And besides, they already have trillions and trillions of American assets.
What to do, all of these countries around the world are starting to wake up and realize that they have been conned and that the money they all have is nothing more than worthless little pieces of paper.
Are we there yet? I don't know, what I do know is that we are a lot closer than we were before this deal went south.
I suspect that this does not bode well for us at all...
