A couple of days ago Michelle Malkin published a literal hitpiece on an Iraqi AP stringer, Bilal Hussein. While she doesn't actually call for his murder, her intent is pretty clear...
Malkin has issued a fatwah against the photographer with this article. Full-face identifying pictures, details of his employment and acquaintances, unsourced allegations that he is an insurgent...she's issuing a death-warrant. If (when) this article gets into the hands of a Shi-ite militia, a wingnut contractor, or an interior ministry enforcer, expect Bilal to show up dead. It's on a par with the abortionist deathlists of the anti-choice fringe in the 90's, and we know that those lists lead to deaths, despite the coy evasions of their writers. Malkin's article is the purest example yet of the pure unfettered danger of anti-responsible extremist populist married to global media penetration. It maybe Malkin's worst piece of writing ever.
