If you're gonna wave that flag,
make sure it's made in the USA.
At the last minute, I posted my open thread comment as a diary and it got quite a response.
Below, my favorite comment.
First, the preliminaries:
Flags...We Need Flags....
I mentioned this in another diary:
We should have American flags on every podium and every stage.
If people just catch a glimpse of something switching around that channels they should see the flag.
We need to be clear that we are acting as patriots, taking back our country and Constitution from people who want us to forget there every was a country or Constitution.

We should also say the Pledge of Allegiance
at the beginning of our sessions. Never miss an opportunity to remind ourselves of what this is all about--restoring our Nation and reclaiming the ideals that our country was founded on.
I just hope that people will take a deep breath and allow us to continue to do what we have to do. --Patrick J. Fitzgerald

And here is the the money shot:
Not just American flags ...
but American flags made in America by American workers, and make a point of that when the press asks about them. No Wal-Mart Chinese-made flags.

Oh, hell yes. This is pure dead brilliance from Jon Meltzer. Don't be waving a Chinese flag in my face when you talk about America.
Let's hear about sources in the comments.
