LINK TV is getting a lot of great material up quickly and is distributing it in some really creative ways. You can see it on
LINK's own site or you can see it on
Google or you can see other clips at
Fora TV And it's all free.
All of the material will eventually be edited into a television program by LINK. But for the time being, they are just loading up as much of the material as they can, unfiltered, by Internet-based delivery to the broadest audience for free. They have distribution through multiple platforms: streaming it out through their own website, but also getting it out in very unproprietary ways through Google and Fora.
They've got great clips from Joe Wilson and Barbara Boxer and of course Markos.
I particularly like the way Fora TV provides chapter headings, forums for discussion and in some cases transcripts of the presentations. It makes it all that much easier for the audience to remix and comment on the material in the easiest and most direct fashion possible.
And of course with Google you get massive and immediate distribution.
