I've gone green - I've been relatively green for awhile: vegetarian, recycle, reuse, etc. But now I've taken it up a notch - going green in every nook and cranny I can find while still living a contemporary modern life - such as shade grown coffee, a front loading washing machine, a Prius.
I haven't seen "An Inconvenient Truth" although I would if they'd play in my little town outside of reality, but I have seen the days grow hotter and felt my my skin burning faster.
I know, I know, the first thing we think is, "how is changing from 30 MPG to 45 MPG gonna change anything?" Well, I see it this way, we all, each and every one of us, got us and our planet into this mess by our choices, and it does make sense that we can, each and every one of us, get us out of this mess by making better choices than we did before.
So my questions are - since the grocery store down the street doesnt sell shade grown coffee, I'm gonna by it online and I'd like to know what are some good brands?
And does anyone have a front loading washer that is any good that comes in under 1000.00?
What do you do when you live 50+ miles away from work and you've just been offered a house to rent in town close to work but you hate the town? Do you learn to love the town or do you learn to love the commute?
Yes it's Sat nite and these are my pressing questions.
