Location, Location, Location. Ask any realtor what the three most important factors are to buying or selling real estate. If they are worth the picture on their lawn sign, they will utter this one magical word three times.
In that light, I have some near-prime real estate for sale. It is in a great location but it will need some improvements. Call it a fixer-upper in need of a little TLC.
The property: Daily Kos ID 25,699 - Durrenm.

Established in the early days, this property is in a quiet neighborhood near all major community activities. A recent census reports that within plus or minus twenty addresses, there are only a few other residents and they, for the most part, appear to be recluses.
The actual ID "Durrenm" was established by the owner at an early visit. The owner was unaware of the importance of name recognition at Daily Kos so he picked something easy to remember, his old corporate email id, six letters from his last name, and one from his first.
The ID is currently occupied by a middle-aged father of three. This occupant has limited ability to write coherent diaries but can be quite snarky at times. The new owner must bear this burden but with some effort and a few well-written diaries, should rehabilitate the ID to prime real estate while increasing the neighborhood's value.
The current owner is a trusted user for his ability to write sensible comments and judicious use of "tip jars." The trusted user status is not dependent on the amoral practice of posting "pootie" pictures in "Cheers and Jeers." Trusted user status will be conveyed to the buyer at the closing.
Title will be conveyed to the buyer free and clear of "troll rating" liens.
The buyer must be someone with too much time on his or her hands. And the new owner should not be afraid to get his or her hands dirty or say outrageous things.
The buyer must be handy with tools like words, able to defend him or herself, willing to both recommend and troll rate comments, and willing to recommend diaries. Most importantly, the new owner must be a Democrat or have left leaning tendencies.
