After giving this issue serious thought, and after reading the following, as a woman, it pains me to make this decision:
I CANNOT SUPPORT HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON FOR PRESIDENT IN 2008.

Two of the most public people in the world had a chummy breakfast yesterday, but media mogul Rupert Murdoch and Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) tried to keep their political get-together as secret as possible.
There were no Fox News cameras to record the odd couple breaking bread together at Murdoch's News Corp. headquarters in midtown, where, after years of attacking her, the conservative Murdoch hosted a fund-raiser for Clinton's Democratic Senate campaign.
I know we're well into the 21st Century and this country should be ready for a woman president.
Just not Hillary. Especially after seeing her actively crawl in bed with those she accused of being part of a "right-wing conspiracy" to destroy her husband. All this tells me is that she's joined the "I'd rather switch than fight" coalition of the Democratic party, better known as the DLC.
I'm tired of her triangulation; her refusal to admit her support for the Iraq war is wrong, and basically, the way she thinks because her last name is "Clinton" she has the same charisma as her husband, and is entitled to the same job. Now, Bill was so charming, he got us to eat the ReThug agenda during his 8 years in office, and made us like it. But we are now seeing the effects of legislation like NAFTA; how he allowed the weakening of protections under Affirmative action policies, and everything else. Bush being President just exacerbated some of what Clinton set in motion during his tenure in the White House.
She, Harold Ford, Joe Lieberman and other Vichy Democrats are the reason my hard earned cash is going elsewhere between now and November. To candidates like Jon Tester, or Sherrod Brown, and to help re-elect members like Cynthia McKinney, John Conyers, Louise Slaughter, Marcy Kaptur, Dennis Kucinich. Not to some DCCC or DSCC toady that's been annointed by Rahm "The Enforcer" Emmanuel or Chuck "The Godfather" Schumer, who should also be targeted if he continues his lunacy of supporting Lieberman, even if he quits the Democratic party and run as an Independent, or worse, ReThug.
While Ford plays his cards close to the vest, should he get Frist's seat in November, I expect him to go ReThug as well.
Did any of you know that Hillary actually comes from a ReThug family, and switched when she hooked up with Bill, whom, BTW, we have to thank for the damned DLC. One success (his presidency) combined with 12 years of failures (loss of House and Senate in 1994).
I didn't care about her connections to Bill or DLC, as long as she attempted to look progressive. Her sneaking around with the likes of Murdoch tells me she will say and do anything to get elected, and ReThugs like Murdoch will support her because they want a bought and paid for politico. And why does she have to sneak around with Murdoch, like Bill used to sneak around with Monica?
Because she knows she will piss off her base if she's seen openly with ReThugs like Murdoch. But if she's capable of such duplicity in her political ambitions, regarding the office of POTUS, I'm taking a pass and voting for a true progressive in 2008. If the likes of John Kerry and Al Gore have seen the light in terms of the damage of being a Vichy Dem can do for Presidential aspirations, Hillary's failure to do so makes her like a plane being flown into the mountains by a blind pilot.
