In the past, the Daily Show has highlighted the Bush administration's use of terror warnings for political purposes. In my cynicism of this administration, I believe this was timed to get Ned Lamont off of the front page. See Stay the Course's diary for reasons to be skeptical

So I was really hoping the Daily Show would skewer the media for its absolute lack of skepticism and questioning, as it fell right back into Karl Rove's hands. Didn't see one mention of Ned Lamont on CNN today. An abrupt change from yesterday. It was all terror, all the time. And please, let me know of those who in the corporate media who have shown skepticism. I must have missed them.
