We need more Dems who will stand up and demand answers, like Congressman Maurice Hinchey. There is an overwhelming amount of evidence that Bush may have known the uranium claim was faulty, so why
not investigate the matter?
As I recently diaried, there was a ton of pre-war evidence doubting the uranium claim. Did Bush see either of those memos? There needs be an investigation to find out.

Aside from those, did Bush know about the memo Stephen Hadley and Condolezza Rice read in Oct 2002 in which the CIA cast serious doubt on the claim? Again, there needs to be an investigation. (it'd be great if Murray Waas at least investigated this and whether or not Bush saw the other memos mentioned in the first paragraph).
So why are there so few Democrats in Congress supporting an investigation? As it stands now, Congressman Hinchey only has the support of 40 colleagues.

We showed the Dem establishment we don't want whimps, by electing Ned Lamont. We need to now send a strong signal to the beltway Dems we want some investigations.
