I opened up the LA Times today and was astonished (sort of ) at the fact that the shenanigans of the Pennsylvania Green Party/Naderite types have been pulling out there.
Essentially, the petitions for Nader and Peter Camejo (now running as the Green Party candidate for Governor in California - again) were found to be...oh why paraphrase when you can read the Judge's words here:
The Commonwealth Court opinion described the Nader-Camejo petitions as "the most deceitful and fraudulent exercise ever perpetrated upon this court."
Signatures were filed for "Mickey Mouse" and "Fred Flintstone," and thousands of names were created at random, the lower court found.
Five state Supreme Court justices said Nader and Camejo must pay the plaintiffs' transcription and stenography costs and handwriting expert fees.
"Given the magnitude of the fraud and deception implicated in (their) signature-gathering efforts, their claim that the Commonwealth Court acted in an unjust and unconstitutional fashion by assessing transcription and stenography costs does not pass the straight-face test," Justice Sandra Schultz Newman wrote for the majority.

I'm all for more particpants in the political process - but only if they do so LEGALLY. The constant parade of illegal acts by these self styled reformers is killing what little crediblity the Greens, Nader and Camejo, and their supporters have.
I mean, putting "Fred Flintstone" on a petition? That's just childish. Oh, and illegal too!
I guess all the GOPGreen nonsense in Pennsylvania is par for the course for our alleged super liberal Greens. WAGBOG (What a great bunch of guys.)
Of course, anyone who's ever worked for Nader or followed the Naderites like Kevin Zeese aren't surprised...
