Looks like the Bush administration knows no bounds. Here's the Chronology:
August 15th - Boulder DA issues arrest warrant for John Karr for the murder of Jon Bonet Ramsey.
August 16th - Boulder DA begins coordinating with the Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement to begin the process of bringing John Karr back to Boulder.
August 16th - Within two hours, the ICE leaks the information to the media and all hell breaks loose. We have another dead blond white girl story to occupy the MSM until further notice.
August 17th - Judge Taylor rules the NSA Warrantless Wiretapping program illegal and unconstitutional.
I have lived in Boulder for a long time, and I don't think this was a coincidence. If you want to bury a story, come up with a dead blond girl and it won't see light for days of even weeks. Jon Bonet was the original MSM dead white girl.
I think that somebody saw the utility of this story to divert attention from Judge Tylor's ruling. Only four people in the Boulder DAs office knew what was happening with Karr. ICE leaked this information the day before the NSA ruling from Judge Taylor. ICE leaked this story within two hours of finding out about the arrest warrant.
I working on getting my sources in the DAs office to get this story out there, but they don't see the point. It's a conspiracy theory and they have no proof. Bush lost the court case, but buried the lead story. The MSM had a ten year dead blond girl murder to cover.
