Jeers to Colorado election software testing firm Ciber, Inc, which tested software in Florida's failed 2006 congressional election. Despite being banned by the FEC, Ciber tested the software that produced a staggering and unrealistic amount of undervotes in Democratic areas. The Democratic candidate lost by only a few hundred votes.
Cheers to the ol' Coyote! For posting the Colorado Water Review at S2.
CHEERS! To El Tancredo! ¡Funcionamiento, Tom, funcionamiento! Tancredo's running for El Presidente. And, as a registered Republican, RALPH is the only one here who will be able to vote for him. If you a really, really strong stomach, Tucker Carlson interviewed El Tancredo last night on MSNBC.
Jeers. Here it comes. Republicans are taking tissues into the bedroom when they think about Elway running for Senate. He says he won't run. I'd love to see somebody trot out every bimbo he cheated on Janet with.
Cheers to finding a cool summer job. Colorado Trout Unlimited is looking for camp counselors.
Cheers to Dr. Leonard Baca, who was awarded a Martin Luther King Jr. Business Social Responsibility Award for his work on bilingual education.
Jeers to AEI's John Fortier who knows so little about Colorado politics that Morton Kondrake should be embarrassed.
Jeers...Let the shitslinging begin:
Straayer said Republicans will try to paint Udall as extremely liberal and Udall will go after McInnis as a "lawyer-lobbyist," the mantra that helped Allard defeat Democrat Tom Strickland in 2002. Though Strickland tried to shake it off, the name stuck.
McInnis said "lawyer-lobbyist" doesn't have the same negative connotation it had in 2002 and pointed out that he and Democratic Gov. Bill Ritter came from the same law firm.
as long as you are at it, go vote for Mark Udall on the Camera poll.
Cheers? Jeers? Depends on who you talk to. Steamboat Springs is wading into a controversial new policy to protect its watershed.
Jeers! To the prosecution of Kathleen Ensz, a retired teacher at UNC. Ensz wrapped an unwanted Musgrave campaign flyer in a dog turd and slipped it under the door into the Musgrave campaign office. This, Ralph contends, is a good use for Musgrave campaign flyers and is not at all worthy of a misdemeanor. FREE KATHLEEN ENSZ!
Cheers to Governor Ritter! He's requesting help for Ranchers hit by last month's blizzards.
Cheers to the freestyle open! Which starts today in Copper.
Cheers to Vail, for doing something about affordable housing.
Cheers! Didja know? Alexandra Pelosi, daughter of Speaker Nancy Pelosi, did a documentary film on Colorado sexual predator and preacher Ted Haggard? 'Tis a true fact. Haggard even taught her to shoot.
Cheers to CU Law Professor Paul Campos. He's getting some love in the Nation's Capitol.
