Beyond armored vehicles, soldiers ran short of weapons operated by teams of troops, electronic countermeasure devices and communications gear...
And he plans to either A) Add more troops to Iraq--which will further strain resources, B) use that as a cover for starting war with Iran, or, C) Both.
I apologize for the short diary. But it's something I think better writers will pick up. Me, I keep saying this one thing:
The Constitution is not a suicide pact. A Commander-in-Chief who guides the ship of state into a whirlpool needs to be immediately relieved of duty if we are to survive.
I know this story is really old news to those who've paid attention, that military experts had predicted this years ago. But looking at the wide range of things these nuts are up to--Plame, more Iraq War, more Iran War, more power grabbing, etc etc, to me this really has to stop.
That's grown-up talk, guys. This ain't no time for playing the political angles. This is time for the rule of law, and the interests of the People of the United States to triumph over tyranny.
