Thanksgiving Week
There’s no shame in being who you are. Listen, I’ve seen enough in this world to know that politics is politics. And it seems to me that because of politics using religion the woman of the world are in trouble. I have woman relatives that are French, German, Native American, Swedish, Spanish, Irish, Mexican, and Cuban. Now, both Hillary and I are both French and our peps all come from Canada. They all came from the Quebec area. -- I know what type of woman Hillary is. Maybe that’s why I like her.
You see I have seven sisters, all of French Native American Canadian blood. I have three daughters that have the same blood as my sisters, and I’ll bet ya Hillary has some of this same blood too!
My sister Rose Ann, born a year before Hillary, a total advocate for woman and children. My sister Rose Ann always knows how to argue the wide points of life. The discussion is always filled with many people. Woman and children are where she starts and where she usually ends. It’s the French Canadian Native American in her. She acts just like my Dad.
And there is Mary Lou. All business. That’s her, always working. A life trying hard to keep the home fires burning. She’s awesome. She's all religious too. And she has always offered me help whenever I was in need. Believe me, she believes in a higher power. And when it's good and kind then the higher power is good. She’s into the arts. She has an art gallery in Kansas City called the Bohemian. And she always gives it her best. It’s the French Canadian Native American in her. She acts just like my Dad.
Sally is the sister that comes next afeter Mary Lou. She thinks she’s the funniest person in the whole world. Sometimes I think she is. But she can be brutal. Man, she’s a judge of character, and she’ll either try to make or break you. Just wish that you never end up on the break ya side. It’s the French Canadian Native American in her. She acts just like my Dad.
Johannah, she’s my forth sister. Smart. Once lived in Arkansas like you Hillary. My favorite sister when I was a kid. Always there to give me a word of praise. Loves the written word. She’s had her problems in life but she always has seemed to follow her heart. She just seemed to always know what she wanted and always stood up to others in peaceful ways. I missed her so much when she joined to serve her country. I always liked her wisdom. She acts just like my Dad.
Then there’s Dorothy... Tough chick. Like Johanna she was in the military too. And she’s the one that always fought with my Dad. And I don’t mean just like a little fight here and there in the form of a verbal argument. No, that wasn’t it at all. It was like hands on or in a fist fight. My sister Rose, I heard she threw a pan at my Dad once, but Dorothy went knuckle to knuckle with my Dad. Well, it’s to nobody’s surprise that Dorothy went and lived with the sister that threw the pan. Anyway, she’s all tough but she's is the most creative one I know too. It’s the French Canadian Native American in her. She acts just like my Dad.
And Maggie. She is my one-girl-show. Always there for a laugh or a bit of lunacy. A good time has never truly been known without Maggie there. It’s the French Canadian Native American in her. I love her. She acts just like my Dad.
Beth. She’s the youngest. Knows what it’s like to feel hurt or abandoned. But she always rebounds with everything forgiven. She likes to feel protected and always searches for a happiness that will last. She’s always looking up. She loves all her siblings but looks on her own children always as first and foremost. It’s the French Canadian Native American in her. She acts just like my Dad.
Like you Hillary, French Canadian Native American. Hillary, like my sisters grew up on the skirts of Chicago. See, I know Hillary. And believe me she’s one good woman. I already pledged my vote for her and think I was the first man in America to do so. I hope to get a sandwich with her. She’s beautiful! I would love to tell her how I feel. I would bring my sister Rose withy me. Johannah too... whatever they could all come. Hillary reminds me of my sisters and Dad.
And so I say to her, "Be raw! Show them what you are all about. Shoot it to them straight! Use your wisdom. Use your truth. Always tell them the truth of the matter as you see it. Do not be afraid. Hey, the Deane's got your back. If I were to go any other way – the Deane girls would have my head!"
O and before I forget. Banazir Bhutto, wants to march in Pakistan. I like this woman. She see that the forces in Pakistan are trying to enslave the women. The taliban is on the move and she wants them gone. Like my sisters, she loved her Dad. If someone sends me a ticket I’ll represent America and the Abenaki Native American and walk with Bhutto. You know sometimes you just got to be tough. You know these woman in the world are saying enough is enough. And even though allot of the American boys are against them, I’m not. Like my Dad I’m not against the woman. Like Mr. Bhutto and the Chiefs of the Iroquois -- we love our women.
You know it was the Native Americans that were the first to place women in a Constitution on the shores of America? The final Constitution was formed by imitating the Iroquois. And so Mrs. Bhutto, if I don’t get a ticket to walk with you, I just want you to know, as a free man that loves free woman, in form and in Spirit -- I walk with you.
Here’s something for you to carry with you, Minister Bhutto, and it’s The Constitution of the Iroquois Nations. Carry it as you walk the march for Democracy and Justice through the streets of Pakistan... free your people from dictators and religious intolerant zealots! If we used it for a rough draft for America then you can use it too for Pakistan!
Hey, Ms. Bhutto, Thanksgiving is this week. I'll be thinking of ya. Hey I'm going to write Bush! This year his Thanksgiving address needs to include Samoset!
Don't ya think Ms. Bhutto?
Keep up the good!!!!
