The Internet revolution continues as new tools are developed to enable everyone to access information and contribute their thoughts for consideration by others. Two new systems have caught my attention: Wikileak and CruxLux. Descriptions below the fold...
- Wikileaks: "Wikileaks is an uncensorable version of Wikipedia for untraceable mass document leaking and analysis. It combines the protection and anonymity of cutting-edge cryptographic technologies with the transparency and simplicity of a wiki interface."
- CruxLux: This seems to take the idea of Wikireason (which I mentioned before) to the next level: "Shining a light on the crux of things. If something's true, it should withstand scrutiny, and if something's wrong, we should be able to help uncover that. With our novel and powerful technology, we allow interactive back-and-forth between different views, making it easy to see counterpoints to a given argument and to identify the root causes of disagreement on an question. Besides participating on this site, the Cruxlux platform can be embedded on other sites, to enable their visitors to participate in inter-blog debates." Tip to SwordsCrossed.
