Very interesting numbers from Florida...

Hillary is leading with 45% of the vote up from 42% from a month ago. This is amazing considering all the bad press she has received from the illegals with driver licenses question to questioning Obama drug use along with the media lovefest with the Oprah/Obama show. People cannot say people have not heard of Obama, he's getting the same amount of press as Huckabee...and Huckabee has shot of ahead of Guliani in Florida.
What is so crazy about the press desperately trying to make it look like Clinton is on the ropes...is that every state after Iowa, she has commanding leads. I know there are polls that show she is a point behind or tied in NH, but there is also a couple of polls that give her a 8 to 9 point lead. And this is polling that has taken place after the Obama show has received massive very positive coverage. Also it's pretty late in the season to be down by 20% points considering after Iowa and NH, it is truly a national primary.
For some reason...and I have been saying this quite often, I think Obama may have peaked too soon. He has now opened himself up for closer examination, and with that more and more Democrats will really start to question his experience, his record and how that will be such a liability in the GE. With that has anybody notice that John Edwards is started to get more positive press out of Iowa, when he in fact started the negative campaigning? Interesting. Anyway, I'm here in DC and all I hear is that Obama is not ready. Great future, but not now. Also Democrats are peeved that a state like Iowa is perceived to have so much say who the Democrat nominee is....considering the state did not even go Democratic in 2004.
Funny, with all this coverage, it may turn out that Iowa may not mean a thing.
