In addition to the term-limits issue there are other issues as well according to MSNBC: the work
day will be reduced to six hours a day for the same day, increasing social security benefits, and creating communal property.
There are 350 articles in the Constitution. 33 of them deal with the Chavez proposals. There are 39 proposals as such by the National Assembly.

The voting age will be reduced to 16, the work week to 36 hours, the indigenous people will be recognized as part of the society and so forth. Too much to post here, and it should be carefully read.
One thing is sure, the Venezuelans should be allowed to settle this one on their own without the CIA and others trying to interfere.
