An elderly relative and unable to use the internet asked me what is Sen. Hillary Clinton's position on various topics like healthcare, Africa and so on. All issues you don't hear too much about on network cable news. I told him I would look it up on her campaign website. Should be relatively easy to find or so I thought.
Step 1. Go to HillaryClinton.com
Step 2. Look under the "Issues" or "Positions" category and......HA!

There is none! No issues? Where in the heck is it? Why hide it?

Let's go to Barak Obama's website. Ahhh, well that was easy. It is right there under, "issues." Very extensive too. He probably wants to prove to people he does have substance, that he isn't just a "star." Well, he convinces me. Mmm, articles about Darfu and the Congo....and yes, articles on healthcare. Grade--A
Now we will check John Edwards' site. Easy to find the issue right on top. I expect a lot from this because he has spent a long time formulating his ideas. I am midly disappointed. Very brief. He does mention Darfur, but doesn't seem to have a grasp on Africa. Edwards does emphasize health care. That is good. Grade--C+
Bill Richardson's website is worth mentioning. He has the longest resume of them all. Well, first off there is a pic of him in Darfur. Good sign. His health care section is pretty skimpy. His "issue" section is brief but there are a few links. You get the impression quickly his forte is international policy. He wasn't an ambassador for nothing. Grade--B
Clinton's site was the worst or the worst. Actually, even John McCain's website is better than hers. No issue section. No policy section. I couldn't find anything where I can find her issue statements on Africa or even healthcare. I don't want to have to sit through dull videos about her stands and campaign stops either.
It is the most white bread bland website I have ever seen in a presidential campaign. The blog section is more boring than spending the night with Laura Bush.
None of this is an accident. She doesn't put her views front and center because she doesn't want them known. Her campaign figures since she is ahead in the polls and they aren't demanding too much on issues except for the same "I love America and care about families..." crap we are spoonfed every election cycle. So, why should she change it?
Sen. Hillary Clinton, you get an F.
